1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and ecc996 ("Platform", "We" or "ecc996"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, online services and all content provided by ecc996.

By accessing or using any part of the ecc996 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms contained herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

2 User Eligibility

To use the ecc996 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be a person prohibited from participating in online gambling under the laws of your local jurisdiction
• Not be registered as a self-excluded person from gambling under any recognised self-exclusion programme
• Use the account personally and not on behalf of a third party

ecc996 does not accept users who are citizens or residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is fully prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their participation complies with applicable local laws.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Account Opening

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at ecc996. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Accurate date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number
• Bank account or e-wallet details registered in your own name

3.3 Identity Verification

ecc996 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during your first withdrawal or when there is unusual activity on the account. This process is to ensure the security of your account and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

3.4 Password Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. ecc996 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login information secure.

4 Deposits and Payments

ecc996 provides a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users:

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. Deposited funds must come from an account in your own name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

ecc996 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, fees charged by banks or payment service providers are beyond our control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour of the request being received, subject to successful verification. The minimum withdrawal is RM50.

All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will not be approved.

ecc996 reserves the right to hold or delay the withdrawal process if:

• The account is undergoing identity verification
• There are unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements
• There are signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• The user has not completed the requested document verification process

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ecc996 offers various promotions to eligible members. Our welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit up to RM1,000, with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

General terms that apply to all ecc996 bonuses:

• Each user is eligible to claim each bonus once only, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or redeemed directly for cash
• ecc996 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or winnings obtained if there is any abuse or misuse of promotions
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period; expired bonuses cannot be restored
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on completed actual wagers, not merely wagers placed

7 Game Rules

ecc996 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sportsbook, esports betting and other games. Each game category has specific rules that should be read before playing.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are final. If a technical issue or software error occurs during a game, ecc996 reserves the right to void or replay the round in question after an investigation is completed.

7.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are shown within the game interface itself. ecc996 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time based on operational needs.

7.3 Sports and Esports Betting

Odds for sports and esports events are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the relevant rules.

8 User Conduct

ecc996 users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of fraud or abuse of promotions
• Using any bots, automated scripts or other technical methods to manipulate games
• Spreading false or misleading information to ecc996 or other users
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for illegal purposes
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the associated balance.

9 Security and Privacy

ecc996 is committed to protecting users' personal information. The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

All financial transactions on the ecc996 platform are protected by SSL encryption technology. ecc996 does not store users' credit or debit card details directly on our servers.

10 Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the ecc996 customer support team via live chat or email. All unfulfilled wagering requirements will lapse upon account termination.

10.2 Termination by ecc996

ecc996 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud
• Money laundering or other illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Users found to be under 21 years of age

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Limitation of Liability

ecc996 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical failures beyond our control

• Valid game results that do not favour the user
• Delays or failures in transaction processing due to third-party technical issues

12 Applicable Law and Licensing

ecc996 operates under a valid international licence. The platform complies with recognised international online gambling standards, including anti-money laundering (AML) measures and protection for underage users.

This Agreement is governed by the applicable international licensing regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure established by the relevant licensing body.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
